We would recommend Mr. Reliable Heating and Air to anyone! We had a great experience with our technician, Andy. He was professional, transparent, thorough and very good at his job. Where other companies have tried to upsell us, Andy identified the most cost effective solution to get our HVAC systems working. Andy also identified and repaired an issue with one of our furnaces that multiple other HVAC companies have not been able to solve. Mr. Reliable's pricing and responsiveness was also excellent. Overall great customer experience!!

Whew! Spun the wheel and got lucky with these guys. Andy is FANTASTIC. We did not feel like we were being taken advantage of. Yes, a new compressor is expensive, but these guys knew what they were doing. Found that compressor blew out due to a lightning strike next door. Added a surge protector and did not push us into anything.Glad we found Mr Reliable. Highly recommended!

Craig arrived & delivered exceptional customer service, thoroughly explaining the process in determining the issue, the problem it self and the fix! Daniel was absolutely a joy to work with! Very professional, personable and knowledgeable! I learned quite a bit from him as well. He inspected the unit inside and out, diagnosed the problem within 10 mins. He thoroughly explained what the problem was. Within 20-30 mins the problem was fixed and we had A/C!I also took advantage of their maintenance program. I feel so much better knowing that the company will be keeping up with that!I also want to recognize Mike. I received exceptional service from this business when I needed my AC repaired in the Houston summer. Stefan was there as soon as possible and diagnosed the problem in a short while. My AC was fixed the same day and he also walked me through how to maintain it. The rate they offered was very competitive and he made a really bad situation have a happy ending. I cannot recommend this company enough. They also have follow ups and will make sure your system remains in good condition. Thank you so much for always doing such a great job!

After gathering quotes from several HVAC companies, I ended up selecting Mr. Reliable Heating and Air, mainly due sincerity and good communication I received from the owner. Long story short, I had a 3 ton and a 2 ton unit installed and I'm extremely impressed with their work! A new installation is definitely a big expense for any homeowner, but I would encourage you to consider giving them the opportunity above all other competition - I'm fully confident you will be very pleased with your investment! These guys went above and beyond to far exceed my expectations. You'll notice my return vent shown in one of the pictures provided on this review... that wasnt even listed on the scope of work, yet they included it for free since the existing return was restricting air flow. Well done guys!

Called an A/C Repair Business that shall remain unnamed. After stringing me along for three days sweating, I contacted Mr Reliable. Drew answered and had someone come out within 45 mins!! By 9am the next day, they had a crew of guys giving me a new HVAC system!! Very pleased with these guys and I’d recommend you give Mr. Reliable a call ASAP!!! You won’t be disappointed.
